لا يحق للعميل استرجاع المبالغ المالية بعد إتمام الدفع،
يحق له بحاله وحده لو كانت عمليه الدفع خاطئه ولا يحق له عند يكون المنتج ب مفتاح !
الضمان
الضمان هو منتج يُسلم للعميل من الموقع, 3 اسابيع ضمان على حسب وصف المنتج
الضمان يقتصر على التأكد من أن المنتج يعمل خلال هذه الفترة
المشاكل البرمجية
لا يوجد استرجاع بأي حال من الأحوال، حتى في حال وجود مشاكل برمجية خارجة عن نطاق خدماتنا
Customers are not entitled to a refund after completing a payment.
A refund is only permitted in the event that the payment was made incorrectly. Refunds are not permitted once the product key has been delivered to the customer.
The warranty applies to the product delivered to the customer through our website and is valid for 3 weeks, as specified in the product description.
The warranty is limited to verifying that the product is functional during the warranty period.
No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including in the event of software-related issues that are outside the scope of our services.
